There’s room for your kind of expression. We can start
where you are.
A feeling might arrive as a colour, a character, or a story before it arrives as a sentence. Alja has experience working with children and school-aged young people in Thailand. The starting point is a conversation with a parent or carer about the young person’s needs, interests, and whether this setting is suitable. Please check the accepted age range in the practical details before arranging an appointment.
- Exploring feelings through colours, characters, and stories
- Making room for experiences of school, family life, and change
- Listening to the young person’s own perspective and ways of expressing themselves
What might
a session look like?
We’ll talk through the practical details,
fees, and suitability before you commit.

- 01
Start with a parent or carer conversation. Discuss the young person’s needs, relevant support already in place, and how they will be involved in deciding to begin.
- 02
Agree consent, confidentiality, and how updates with parents or carers will work. These boundaries should be clear to the adults and the young person.
- 03
Introduce creative invitations shaped around their interests and stage of development, with space to settle in and review how the sessions are going.
