Browsing Little Bulbs
This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The artwork and fonts are served directly by the site, without contacting an external font service.
Exploring a session
You can explore session types and available times without creating an account. Interactive features communicate with the website server while you use them. We do not ask for your personal story during booking.
Getting in touch
If you use an email contact link, it opens your email application. You choose whether to send the message and what to include. A brief question and your preferred way to be contacted are enough for an initial enquiry.
[Enquiry email provider, how messages are handled, and how long they are kept to be confirmed.]
Booking an appointment
When you request an appointment, we save your name, email address, and chosen session details in Bunny Database. The requested time is held while Alja reviews it. Your appointment is confirmed only after approval.
Your first booking request creates a client account. We email you a generated password and store a protected password hash for sign-in. Email messages waiting to be sent are encrypted in the database and cleared after delivery. Session requests and updates are sent through the practice’s configured email provider.
Your personal space shows your sessions and only the notes Alja chooses to share with you. Private therapist notes remain in the therapist area. Essential sign-in cookies keep your account session active.
[Email provider, database region, record retention periods, and the process for account deletion to be confirmed before launch.]
Technical information
Like other websites, the server and hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, such as an IP address, to deliver pages and maintain the service.
[Hosting provider, hosting location, use of essential cookies, and technical log retention to be confirmed.]
Privacy in therapy
Website privacy is separate from confidentiality in therapy. Before sessions begin, you should receive information about session records, artwork, access to information, and the limits of confidentiality. For children’s sessions, this includes what is shared with parents or carers.
